Residential doors: limited lifetime warranty
We guarantee all of our products against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from one of our authorized distributors. This warranty applies exclusively to residential use, ensuring unparalleled quality for your home.
Additionally, we offer additional protection in certain specific situations:
Portes Mackie guarantees its light-colored door panels for a period of twenty-five (25) years. Installing a dark colored door reduces the warranty period to fifteen (15) years. The warranty covers perforation due to rust, cracking and blistering of the paint as well as delamination of the coating on the polyurethane rendering the original product unusable and which may occur under normal handling conditions and in a normal environment of use. The warranty is effective from the date of production of the product written on the door sections.

Commercial guarantee
Any component or part of a component of the garage door system manufactured by Portes Mackie which proves to be defective during the warranty period provided below will, at the option of Portes Mackie, be repaired or replaced. Any component thus repaired or replaced is also guaranteed, but only for the remainder of the initial period relating to this part.
